Dancers are led through classical across the floor exercises, follow-along step work, and dynamic yoga movements that strengthen and stretch. Each class ends with a short dance to a current POP song to practice their new moves!

EVERY WEEK (or two...), we will learn a short, choreographed routine to a DIFFERENT musical – from classics, such as "Annie" and "Grease," to modern -- such as: “The Prom" and “HAMILTON!”
This class will include warm-ups, games, improvisation and basic choreography that will encourage creativity and self-expression – and build confidence. Get some exercise and have a blast! No experience necessary. Class session will end in a short, virtual performance for parents.
