Registration for the Fall 2020 Virtual Session
Saturday, August 29th @ 10am - Friday, September 4th @ 6pm
Class previews will be posted approximately a week before registration opens, so keep checking back!
Registration Site: The website, Homeroom.com, will be used for registration. If desired, new parents can create accounts and student profiles as well as preview the class schedule prior to registration opening. Returning parents can also update their child(ren)'s profile prior to registration opening. Click here to view the site.
Forms of Payment: Only credit card payments are accepted online. If you are unable to register and pay online for any reason, please contact Ai at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange payment in person.
Late Registration: Late registration may be available if the preferred class is not sold out and only if approved by the instructor. There will be a $25 late registration fee. There are no prorated rates for late registrations.
Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. If an instructor cancels/misses a class, a credit for the class will be given to be used towards a future session.
If you wish to drop a class, refunds will be issued accordingly:
- A full refund will be given if dropped within the first week of the session.
- A 50% refund will be given if dropped during weeks 2 and 3.
- There will be no refunds if you drop a class during week 4 or later.
Class Changes: We want your child to love their chosen class and will allow changes during the first week of the session as long as there is space available in the preferred class. The tuition cost difference will either be refunded or due. During week 2, changes will have to be approved by the new teacher if there are still available spots and a $25 change fee will be charged. There will be no changes allowed during week 3 or later.
