• ​​Registration Site:  The website, Homeroom.com, will be used for registration. Some classes can fill up quickly, please be sure to register early to secure your child's spot in class.

• Procedures: Please familiarize yourself and your child with the Spotlight procedures by clicking on Policies & Guidelines tab on our top menu. You will be required to agree to our Policies & Guidelines and Waiver prior to finalizing your purchase online. 

​

• Aftercare: When registering for classes, please make sure you select the correct aftercare option as there are multiple OCD groups, CCARP and YSE. Spotlight and OCD/CCARP/YSE DO NOT share or exchange student information. It is the parent’s responsibility to make sure Spotlight knows which aftercare group to send your child to. If your child changes aftercare, you must change it in the Homeroom profile AND immediately notify Spotlight about the change by email. ***OCD has a form you must fill out to release your child to Spotlight for classes as well as to inform them which days they will attend. If you do not turn in this form before Spotlight begins, your child will not be released and they will miss their Spotlight class and no refunds will be allowed. OCD can provide the form or you can download it on the Spotlight website. They have updated their form, please go to OCD Waiver and download the latest version.  **A NEW FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE EVERY SESSION**

• Forms of Payment:  Only credit card payments are accepted online. If you are unable to register and pay online for any reason, please contact Ai at spotlightenrichment@gmail.com to arrange payment in person before registering.

• Late Registration:  Late registration may be available if the preferred class is not sold out and only if approved by the instructor. 

​

• Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. If an instructor cancels/misses a class, a credit for the class will be given to be used towards a future session or a makeup class will be scheduled.

​

• Cancellations: If you wish to drop a class, refunds will be issued accordingly:​​

​

          - A prorated refund will be issued if a class is dropped during weeks 1-3 of the session.

          - There will be no refunds if you drop a class during week 4 or later.

​

• Class Changes: We want your child to love their chosen class and will allow changes during the first week of the session as long as there is space available in the preferred class. The tuition cost difference will either be refunded or due. During week two, changes will have to be approved by the new teacher if there are still available spots and a $25 change fee will be charged. There will be no changes allowed during week three or later.​​
